Description
Private practice clients choose to see the best practitioners and becoming one of the best will give you the rewards you deserve. The current system leads some therapists to early career burnout and others to quit. What if there was the choice of a different path to create a more rewarding and sustainable career? This two hour lecture and practical demonstration is ideal for recently graduated (or soon too graduate) allied health practitioners who wish to understand the common hurdles to achieving a rewarding and happy career and the steps required to reach your full potential. Undergraduate allied health students are welcome to join this course but it may be of greatest value to graduates who are currently working in private practice.

This course was mindblowing! The idea of strain and counterstrain is amazing. It highlights how important it is to view the body in a holistic manner because everything is well and truly connected! I am so intrigued that I am excited to partake in the assessment and treatment course! Thank you Haydn for such a informative and practical introduction to such an amazing technique.

This talk provided so many insights and a-ha moments. Haydn presented a very inspiring approach to manual therapy, and a clear path forward to achieving excellence as a practitioner and truly helping your clients (especially those that just don’t get better, even when you have tried every technique you have up your sleeve.) Thank you! Not to be missed for the new or recent graduate physiotherapist.

I am about to commence physiotherapy studies, and was interested to find out more about Haydn’s work and his take on manual therapies. Despite being a beginner, I found the ideas, theory, and practical demonstrations very easy to follow. Haydn is a very good presenter, and clearly passionate about what he does. I can’t personally rate the evidence base, but I am excited to learn more about these techniques as my studies progress and am glad people like Haydn are still championing the importance and usefulness of manual therapies.

Haydn is exceptionally knowledgeable and provides a brilliant alternative approach to treating patient issues. Holistically appraising a situation and considering the combination of various systems at play means that more complex and chronic conditions will likely receive an effective treatment. This approach is something I am very excited to learn and employ. It is worth your time to investigate!
