As a new graduate the best career advice that I ever got was to get “Get good at what you do and get out of the system”. It took me a while to understand exactly what “the system” was so I could get out of it and to realize that “good” was no longer enough but “excellent” or better still, “outstanding” was what was needed. This advice has been shared with all who attend MTI courses. I’d like you to share the best advice that you’ve been given.
