The training conducted by the Manual Therapy Institute is designed to augment the continuing education programs of registered manual therapy practitioners. In Australia this includes AHPRA registered practitioners with a licence to practice hands on techniques (physiotherapists, chiropractors, medical practitioners, podiatrists and occupational therapists) myotherapists and registered massage therapists with health fund provider number status. The 2 day Assessment and Counterstrain Treatment Intro course is also available to final year students in Australian University physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic programs.
